The Trebault is a Heavy Transport ship. It displaces some 360 Tons and has a large Hold that is capable of supporting some 160 Tons of cargo. The Cargo bay is amply spacious enough to accomodat even several Variable Fighters However the Hold is in a constant state of vaccume and cannot be pressurized, therefore SpaceSuits are needed for movement in and about the The Trebault Hold. Normally the Trebault`s Hold is empty.

The Trebault is loosely based off of the Priveteer Class transport, although it is more sleek in design, this is mostly cosmetic. It carries no weapon systems but rather mounts at PPBS similar to that mounted on a typical fighter craft.

The Trebault has a small than usuall crew, seating 6 in the Tower and only 23 main ship crew (total of 29) it has passenger space in the Crew Decks for 12 more crew, as well as second class passeger space for 8 and first class passenger suites for 5.

Due to the Lack of Weapons the Trebault has to reply on speed and maneuverability to get it out of tight or dangerous situations, thus the power normally directed to weapons has been shifted to the sublight drive, and some modifications have allow it to manage a sublight speed of 0.22 LTS. This added boost can allow it to out run just about any ship in service at sublight speeds.

BACKGROUND The central section of the ship consists of a large cargo bay with 8 huge bay doors to allow even the largest of cargo's into its interior. The central section consists almost entirely of the cargo section, with the the rear central engine being the only engine directly attached to the ships central section and part of its super-structure, the other engines are separate sections fitted to the sides of the ship. The command section of the ship is attached to the end of a long neck connecting it to the central section. The original designers planned the vessel this way as it may commonly carry hazardous materials and separating the command section for the cargo section would in the event of some form of explosion provide the crew with a better chance for surivival.

The Trebault has been retrofitted with exterior couplings for battloid mode VF's to be lashed to the ship. A total of four fighters can be attached to the neck section of the Trebault. The Main hold has also been modified to hold an additional two fighters, as well as fast packs and supplies for those craft.
