History: The most powerful man in the Vensari System, Arturo is Chairman of the Vensari Stellar Government and Chief Executive Officer of Vensari Industries.
Arturo plays a pivotal role in the Tempest Wolves stories, with his greatest appearance to date (3/25/05) being in the thread "Final Voyage of the Vensari Star", in which his space yacht, the Vensari Star, comes under attack by pirates. With the aid of the Tempest Wolves and the fortuitous arrival of UNS Hightower, the pirates are repelled. His sister Cassandra, bodyguard Mr Jerhico and personal pilot Captain Krystal Devereaux all survive the encounter.
Arturo keeps offices in Vensari City, but calls home a secluded mansion in the mountains of New Beijing. He is also known to be a personal friend of Kambei Shimura and a business associate of Carlos Maza.
