History: Tommy Moreno is a mysterious figure who features prominently in the Tempest Wolves stories, most notably Night Life (Kesia Alfonse Side Story). What little is known about Tommy is at one point he appears to have been a highly decorated City-15 Police Detective (his current affiliation with the police is unknown).
In Night Life Tommy hires Kesia Alfonse to ride in an illegal street bike race known as the Corsa di Tuono to plant a bug on suspected white collar criminal Carlos Maza. In truth, the device was no bug but instead a tiny super-heating device designed to assassinate Maza. Although his motives and true employer is unknown, Tommy was successful in manipulating Kesia to carry out his dirty work and murder Carlos.
Tommy, also known to his employer as Agent Wiseguy, is never far from his partner Rosalie Doucette.
