Relationships of Note: Tommy Moreno (Partner)
History: Rosalie (aka Agent Creole) is partner to Tommy Moreno and appears in Tempest Wolves stories starting with Night Life (Kesia Alfonse Side Story). In this story Rosalie is set to race in the Corsa di Tuono as a means to get close enough to Carlos Maza to assassinate him. Unfortunately, the night before the race she suffers a broken leg and must back out. As fate would have it, that same night her partner Tommy has a chance encounter with Kesia Alfonse, a woman baring a close enough resemblance to Rosie to double for her in the race. With a little skillful manipulations, Tommy succeeds in tricking Kesia to unwittingly murder Carlos Maza.

Rosie is easily recognized by her uncanny physcial resemblance to Kesia Alfonse and an annoyingly thick Cajun accent when she speaks.
