The following is the list of MRC approved skills for character generation. Now people can't argue over what skills are and aren't available.

  1. HTH Basic: 1 skill
  2. HTH Expert: 2 skills
  3. HTH Martial Arts, Commando: 3 skills
  4. HTH Advanced Martial Art: (IE Judo, Karate, Ju-Jitsu, ETC.): 4 skills

As stated by OCC. Advanced Martial Arts and Commando require GM approval.
