History: A foul, epic-sized latino man sporting a bald head, brightly colored tattoos and enough gold chains around his neck to choke a rhino, Muerte is an underworld kingpin in City-15. Running everything from drugs to prostitution to gambling and "protection", he controled several blocks of City-15 real estate. He is also credited for creating and hosting the annual Corsa di Tuono street race.
