Changed from "Squads" to "Squads Index," then to "Squads Portal." This time to Portal, to fall in-line with Lanji's nomenclature... personally, I like "Index" better.--Xuric 20:58, 4 Nov 2004 (MST)

Presently only "SVFA-1485 Sentinels" is operational. Check out how it looks, and let me know....--Xuric 21:02, 4 Nov 2004 (MST) feeeeeedddddbbbbbaaaacccckkkk.....

Okay.. I've done some more of the easy ones (for me, anyway). Araruin, you might wanna look them over (esp. the bloodhounds). --Xuric 21:56, 5 Nov 2004 (MST)

The Sentinels looks good, HOWEVER, there is the danger of doubling up what we have already on the MRC. Please refer to the Archers for an idea of how this can be circumvented (the doubling of stuff on the internet.)--Apeman007 20:46, 7 Nov 2004 (MST)

While doubling up on what we have is currently a problem, I would like to make it known that I would prefer that ALL relitivily static information is transfered to either the Wiki, or the FAQ.

Reason: When we do the phpBB transfer, I'm going to cut out a TON of that database, and that will include old posts that don't need saved, and static ones that we can use a phpBB hack to link to instead (such as a Sqaudron Homepage, or the official Squadron Wiki Page).

How is adding all that static information already on the boards going to affect load times on this site?! The more information we have here the more WIKI gonna drag its ass; maybe we could utilize the "FAQ" site for that kind of information; I realize that this doubling up on the amount of finger walking wwe will have to, page loading and redunceny link all over the place... hmmm, maybe not such a good idea *sweat* --MasumiX 02:28, 9 Nov 2004 (MST)

No, lets move to this engine for that information. I'm sure there are ways to decrease the load time, starting with that image, which turns out to be a PNG image, instead of an GIF like I originally though. I'll be making the changes soon. --lanji 23:40, 9 Nov 2004 (MST)
