If Macross II is OK to go on then... all ARMD class ships have a Macross Cannon (or part of one, at least) built in.

Macross 2 is.... well, coming up in the timeline, so we may find out about the canon version. That ship if from Frontier. The voice over specifies that they were going to fire their Macross Cannon and a minute or two later, we see that in the background.
