Bleu's B-Day!!

Tomorrow is Vonni (Bleu)’s birthday.
It doesn’t seem fair that a person as wonderful as she is only gets one day to be celebrated. Of course, we celebrate the whole birthday month but it still doesn’t seem fair. I wish I could make every day a celebration for her but those carefree and wealthy days are still in the future.
I thought about love today.
I love Vonni more today than I did yesterday and even more than the day I married her. It seems strange to think that I loved her enough to marry her 8 years ago but I love her more today. 8 years is a long time and, in that time, I’ve gotten to know her even better. I’ve learned her quirks and her faults. We’ve fought, we’ve cried, we’ve laughed, and we’ve grown older together.
I love her more today because every day with her is brand new and amazing. Every day is a joy and a treasure. Tomorrow is your special day but, today, I wanted to tell you:
I love you, baby. I bless the day you were born.
