SPOILER WARNING
Just saw the movie. My wife arranged for a private viewing.
Why do I have an image of Mrs. Araruin in the living room surrounded with toys. "And then Optimus said (deepens voice) Freedom is the right of all sentient beings!! ... (gestures wildly with Optimus Figure) ... "And then Megatron said (evil hissy voice) You always protect what is weak. That is why you fail, Prime! Hiiii-yah!!"
Mrs. Araruin then begins banging the two robot toys together (are they fighting or mating??). "And you see, sweetie, that's how the movie ends." (Glances around) "Ummm.... where'd the other half of Jazz go?"

I got a comment about the movie (and that scene in particular)…Azazel wrote:"SIR!! WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER CANOPENER FOR THIS ONE!"- A.
Ah, yes, the scene in Kuwat (¿?) where they’re calling in an air strike by cell phone… Having been on each side and the middle of that call, I remember thinking, “Guys, this is taking too long, it’s taking too long, ¡¿WHERE’S THE F***ING NOISE?!” and feeling the relief when the noise finally came… Of course, I wasn’t under fire per se, but the hurry up and wait… Doesn’t matter where you’re job is, it still sucks…
Great scene, man, I have to admit, that scene was my favorite. Actually started making my PTSD act up a little bit (but in a good way)…

I'm still pissed about what happened to Jazz. That didn't have to happen. How are you going to make a classic character as well as one of the only suriving G1 and G2 series die on te motion picture? That sucked. He was always my favorate. Broke my heart.
Don't hunt for death, for it finds us all soon enough.
I got the see the movie last weekend. It was awesome!! Simply awesome and very realistic. It was pretty much non-stop action and nice and loud. Did anyone else notice how fantastic the sound was?
Mind you, the whole movie/enjoyment thing is a no-brainer in my case. Need I say more than "...Giant, transforming robots...."

I saw it a while back and I agree with you all one bad ass movie! I want to see it again. The nice point is they got the original voice actor for Optimus Prime along with Megatron.
"We all wear masks, Spider-Man. But which one is real, the one that hides your face or the one that is your face?"
The Green Goblin from The Spectacular Spiderman Animated TV Series.

What? You didn't see that coming a mile away? This is a Hollywood movie, after all... "The Black Guy Always Dies First". **grumble, grumble**
I agree, that sucked. Which is why I changed my avatar in memorium.

WHAT?? YOU SAY SOMETHING, SABRE?? MY EARS ARE STILL RINGING!!
Perhaps it was just my theater, but I thought the sound was awful... way too loud and lacked all subtleness. I did, however, enjoy the score more than I expected.

Prime, yes -- but they passed on the original voice actor of Megatron (Frank Welker) in favor of Hugo Weaving. But Welker does do the voice for megatron in the videogame.

About Jazz, I have a different take on why he died. In Transformers: The Movie (you know, the one with Cybertron) Optimus Prime, Ratchet and Ironhide died, and in the cartoons I believe Bumblebee was taken out and later rebuilt as Goldbug. So really, it was just Jazz's turn.
Awesome movie anyway, I saw it twice.
