MustangGT02 is planning to GM a game on the MRC. He is looking for 4 to 8 players to join a cadet campaign. The game will take place onboard the Beginhill 26, attached to the 26th Colonial Fleet. This is a Frontier Era game and the characters will be new cadets arriving at the academy to train for the SMS forces contracted to accompany the newest colony fleet on its voyage. Players are invited to create characters that are descended from their current PCs. The Character backgrounds should reflect that they are newly graduated from school and freshly enrolled in the Officer Candidacy program.

Disposition / Personality: Christina is an aggressive girl, taking way too much after her father. She can be blunt and sarcastic and is something of a lone wolf / alpha wolf personality. She is self-sufficient and not given over to day dreams or flights of fancy. She is a fighter.

Worst Secret: It's a secret.

Background / History: Christina is the eldest of two children, two and a half years older than her younger brother. She was not entirely spoiled but her parents were quite wealthy and she did not want for anything while she was growing up. She went to the best schools, studied with the best martial arts instructors, and learned Parkour from the best free runners on Eden.

But it was not enough to curb her restless and rebellious spirit.

After the debacle at the cabin (*see worst enemy and worst secret), she began circulating with a bad crowd, street racers, gangbangers, and thugs. Ironically, it was the same sort of group that her father had run with when he was her age. However, when her parents discovered her after school activities, they did not call the police or ground her, they calmly explained how dangerous what she was doing truly was.

And when that didn’t work, they shipped her to military school. She finished high school at the Edean Military Academy for Troubled Youths, founded by Admiral Bailey Quinn, and decided to continue with military service and volunteered for SMS training. She just shipped out to the Beginhill 26.

Faith was blessed by taking the best from both her parents. She's a tall, curvy and athletic girl, all of which has been honed and tuned by extensive physical training. While her skin kept the gentle pallor of her mother's redhead heritage, it also took on the healthy shine of her father's.
The hazel coloring of her eyes is very light and, when the light's right, they can turn to a rich golden.

Disposition / Personality:
Faith was aptly named by her parents as she takes a lot on her aunt when it comes to behavior. Along with the customary stubborn streak of the Haban's, she has also developed a strong belief of dedication to goals and duty not unlike the one that has been driving her parents through their whole life. But like her aunt, she can be a hot little thing that turns out to be too much to handle, speaking her mind when she thinks its right, able to hold grudges for years or to gamble everything on a stroke of luck and not shy to resort to violent means to get her points across. While she's far from her mother's genius, she's also highly intelligent and able to soak up knowledge at an alarming rate.

Romance

• Turn Ons: A beautiful naked body with long slender limbs, hazel eyes and exotism. Sex is not a boundary either since Faith is openly bi and not shy about it.
• Turn Offs: Routine, dark brooding types and just plain ugly people.

Friendship

• Likes: Extreme sports in general with a definite attraction of wingsuit flying and skysurfing, Krav Maga, reading, anything distantly related to science (bio-genetics, astro-physics, hacking). Singing (she has a very nice alto voice) and dancing as well as feeling the sun on her naked skin.
• Dislikes: Being bored, idiots, whiners, bullies and losing.
• Best Friend: Her aunt Faith "Morrow" Haban who has been her confident and idol for years.
• Worst Enemy: Faith couldn't care less if her actions have made her enemies. If someone gets in her way, (s)he gets dealt with. Period.

Worst Secret: Faith is the daughter of two illegally babel-enhanced humans.

Background / History:
Faith was born as the middle child of Maëlle Haban and Caleb Jackson.

Like her other two siblings, she spent most of her early years as a first hand guinea pig under the scrutiny of her mother. Maelle had been deeply involved in the design of the nanites behind the babel process and she knew which kind of impact it could have on her potential offspring. Still, even if most of the time they spent together was to run clinical test, Maelle did her best to be a part of her children's life.

But with her mother locked away in her labs most of the time, Faith's life was going to fall under the dominion of another woman. Her childhood idol and a godmother of sort. The same woman after whom she had been named and who had finally made up with her mother after a several years long grudge. Faith Haban was a Vector Ovid hero, for both her actions during the Capital Morrow incident and the Splugorth invasion of Earth as a Charlie Team pilot.

With the blessing of both her parents, her aunt introduced her to an adrenaline driven life through the practice of extreme sports and martial arts. She taught her to never let anyone step on her feet, to stand up for the weak as well as never turn her back on her friends. To her mother's delight, Faith also proved herself as a very apt student even if she would only excel in the fields she took a fancy in.

However, unlike most of her family, Faith didn't want to consider her life under the shadow of Vector Ovid. She had been bathed in it ever since her birth and the SMS training came around as a way out that she took without hesitation. It could let her dream of equaling her aunt’s deeds while being free of the Vector influence on her life.

A descendant of Nikki Petersen perhaps. Who would the father be?

Brianna? Doesn't fit either and she's never had any real potential parter.

The closest I could think of is a decendant of Winter and Jason but as Winter is a PC, I can't go and assume that part of someone elses character history includes children.

Madison Winter Hastings

Physical Description / Distinguishing Marks: Model gorgeous and athletic, Madison’s brown skin and hazel-green eyes, combine with her athletic frame in a manner that is both striking and exotic. Her dark-brown and near black hair is shiny and worn long. As an professional fencer and athlete and a gold medalist at that, Madison’s most recent claim to fame was appearing on the cover and within the pages of a sports publication, her in a tight spandex pair of shorts and a halter top holding her Epee in one hand and her dueling helmet in another and along with other athletes provided information in the form of a short interview. She also maintains a personal webpage. Distinguishing marks are in the form Tattoos, a band of black ink forming a woven and knotted pattern that encircles her left bicep. This tattoo is a recent addition and neither of her parents knows about it yet. She also has a number of small scars from various close calls. Her medical records will indicate that she has also broken a surprising number of bones all of which Madison will sum up as ‘the cost of doing business and that business has been good’.
Buxom, sexy and athletic with a winning smile and sunny disposition, Madison Hastings has been approached more than once to appear as a ‘fitness model’, a career option she finds amusingly flattering.
Madison has inherited her father’s darker skin and green eyes, however the shape of her face, as well has overall body type she has inherited from her mother.

Disposition / Personality: Intelligent, fun, driven. Madison is a goal driven achiever who exemplifies the ‘can do’ and ‘never quit’ behavioral pattern. Madison tends to be very positive, sunny as some might say. She tends to see the glass as being ‘half full’ as opposed to ‘half empty’. Madison has also inherited her mother’s fearless nature, and at times has been reckless (according to her father), having no fear of taking a reasonable risk as well as the occasional ‘unreasonable’ one.
While Madison has inherited many of her physical features from her father, the majority of her personality facets such as her sense of loyalty, gut instinct and her sense of adventure are all typical traits of her mother Winter Scott.

Romance
Turn Ons: Boys of course and the more athletic the better. Flat stomachs, toned abs and big arms will do it for her. If they are risk takers like her, there is a definite competitive appeal. Soft, overfed and flabby men don’t stand a chance with her.
Turn Offs: Weakness, especially weakness in character. Whinny men and women and chronic complainers. Poor hygiene and dental care.

Friendship
Likes: Fencing of course, expanding her interest to other sword styles. Flying of any sort. As well as Motorcycles and Mountain biking and cross-training in other sports such as seasonal dragon boat racing or kayaking. Madison also enjoys swimming and scuba diving as terrestrial sports. Madison Hastings is very ‘physical’ and she tends to gravitate toward people of like mind and spirit. However she wouldn’t be a Hastings if all of her interests were purely terrestrial. Madison also turns her interest skyward and has a keen interest in astronomy, space craft and space travel and greatly desires to explore it, discover new lifeforms and new adventures.

Dislikes: Liars, cheats and thieves. Exploiters, rapists and abusers, especially those that prey on women and children.

Best Friend: Harpreet (Harp) Sangha, a fellow athlete and one of her the first girlfriends she made when she and her brother attended their boarding school/educational academy on colony world known as Frontier Prime. Harpreet had been Madison’s co-conspirator in a number of adventures and misadventures and Madison, much to the dismay of Harpreet’s parents, has gotten their daughter Harpreet in more trouble than anyone else.

Worst Enemy: Doesn’t really have one. At her school, there is a clique of girls that resented their popularity being usurped. That clique is led by a young woman named Veronica Gordon but she is hardly an enemy. To Madison it’s simply a mind over matter affair; Madison doesn’t mind, because Veronica and her minions don’t matter.

Worst Secret: She has kept the number of personal injuries that she has experienced from her parents. She’s normally not secretive like that but she is sensitive to the fact that her parents are often away and are overly concerned about the welfare of Madison and her brother Mason. They’re a close family and deliberately misleading her mother and father is wrong.

Background / History:
Madison and her twin brother Mason were born to very proud parents Winter Scott and Jason Hastings and are their only two children. Both parents were ex-servicemen having served both the old UNG and then the Commonwealth. When they retired, they returned to Jason’s first love which was the operation of a small privately own vessel. However, after their long and successful military career, both Winter and Jason brought new skills to the stars with them. This time, not just as freight operators, but regional and deep space exploring, contracting to transport both passengers and mineral and botanical interests to various worlds on the rim. The pair of them were enormously successful, having grown their business from a single ship up to multiple ships with branch offices on a number of rim and interior worlds. However it was during the early years when Jason and Winter lived and worked from the single ship, the Phoenix that Madison and her brother Mason was born. And like true spacers, the twins were born in mid-transit deep space, only making planet fall about a week later on the new colony world of Frontier Prime which is where the twins births were registered. It was a relatively new world and one that was near perfect. Temperate, sub-tropical, sub-arctic regions, real seasons and mild tectonic activity, it was here that the Hastings set up their first terrestrial residence and the first branch office for their transport and exploration business. Having a base of operations on a new colony world led to great opportunities for all of the Hastings family and is a decision that both parents are grateful they made. Frontier Prime was paradise Their business had prospered and expanded in addition to new local contract work moving exploration teams around Frontier Prime and its two moons, but also a healthy environment to raise the twins. Madison and Mason were raised with love, affection, wealth, health and opportunity. Love and faith had allowed this family to live a charmed life. Tutoring during the child years when aboard the Phoenix were conducted un the watchful care of the ship’s artificial intelligence, LIBBY.

No child of Winter Scott ever leaves the nest unprepared and despite Jason’s desire to have his children pursue more leisurely and perhaps cerebral interests, Winter made sure both of the children had exposure to a variety of physical as well as intellectual pursuits. Winter had both of the children flying almost as soon as their feet could reach the floor pedals and both Madison and her brother are accomplished pilots having achieved both atmospheric and trans-atmospheric licenses and Madison enters the academy with a number of flight hours already logged as a civilian pilot. Other physical activities included Martial Arts and training. Madison’s martial art interest in Akido and Kendo but her real focus is on Fencing and from quite early on, gave all indications of being an exceptional athlete.
Madison’s dedication of Fencing has earned her a number of medals and awards from regional victories which have led her to becoming a member of the Sector’s official Olympic Fencing Team. She has toured the sector as well as to Earth for competitions and in the athletic circles, is known as an ‘up and commer’.

Anya has a body women around the galaxy pay thousands for; soft skin, a firm ass and an amazing cleavage, all thanks to her mothers if somewhat latent meltrandi genes. Being raise by a marine father who kept himself in shape also helped in her up bring and helped to give her natural gifts that added edge from regular exercise.
Her hair colour she inherited from her mother and her blue eyes from her human fathers side. She has a scar across her left palm after a childhood accident with her fathers combat knife.

Disposition / Personality:
Anya LOVES to party, more so with friends but as long as she in kept interested she is happy. She likes to be with her friends and can sometimes seem a little quiet if she is without people she knows, not so much as shyness but more knowing a lot of people judge her on how she looks, assuming what she was gifted with physically was taken form her mentally. Anya has come to take a sort of twisted pleasure in proving to people how smart she can be at times and will never let them forget it afterwards.

Romance

• Turn Ons: Toned, fit bodies, the sort she can lay against in the morning with a smile. Being part Zentradi helps as well.
• Turn Offs: People who can't make their own choices, bad hygiene.

Friendship

• Likes: Flying, swimming, keeping in shape, partying and reading (normaly something technical)
• Dislikes: Being treated like a clueless bimbo.

Worst Secret: Even as the party animal that she is, Anya has never actually had sex. Anya is a virgin.

Background / History:If Anya was any more of a military brat, she would have been issued to her parents. Born to a career Triple S Marine and a Meltran flight technician, Anya was raised from her birth always around marines and military life. With her loving aunt a career fighter pilot as well there was never a shortage of war stories or tales to listen to as she grew up aboard the City 21, filling her head with the dreams that would one day become her future when she too could join the forces.

Growing up on a colony fleet was not as dull as many people think, with everything a girl could want right in her city Anya was happy with ship borne life. She attended school, dated boys, partied with friends, everything a girl could want was there for her and she was happy enough but the one thing she craved more than anything else was to fly. It was in her blood, the Meltran genes from her mothers side called for it to her. Anya tried to take the edge of her longing by following in both her parents footsteps, either spending time with her mother and learning about what made things tick or working out with her 'old man'.

As her school life finished a chapter closed in Anya's life, her civilian one. Enrolling for military service, Anya was selected for SMS training, the rumours are family connections had strings pulled, and after a farewell to her family for now, Anya set of to join the 26th fleet.
