View topic - Character Skins

In the absence of the long awaited re-integration of the ARCTech plugin, I have decided to manually add skins to the database for you, the players.

Would everyone who wants a skin added, edited, or deleted please post here with the necessary information, as detailed below.

Player's Username
Character's Full Name
Character's Callsign
Character's Rank
Character's Squadron Assignment
URL to an avatar, whose dimensions must be not more than 80 pixels by 80 pixels
Character's accumulated XP (if known)

Player's Username
Character's Name (current)
Information to change.

Player's Username
Character's Name

If you have more than one skin for a particular character, I will change the FIRST INSTANCE of that skin. If you want a duplicate skin deleted, please indicate that you only want the duplicate deleted, or all copied will be removed.

Also take note that I have to do these by hand, so it may take some time before you see the changes.

For avatars, my general tactic is doing vague google searches involving anime and tweaking to fit or knowing a character 'look' from a series I want and finding a good pic. Google images comes back with some decent stuff given some vague description words, you can always try.

Problem with that idea Kai, for me and possibly others, is that I don't have anyplace to host images online if I do find and/or edit one.

I have added skins for Pit_Viper, Blue Phoenix, CombatReady, Coldfire, Dane Riley, and Shadow Skull (in reverse order).

Dane Riley and Coldfire: Your character's group assignment isn't available at the moment (those squads/groups weren't assigned IDs yet and thus I had to pick something

).

Blue Phoenix: I'm totally stealing that avatar!

Edit: I figured out the group thing. I'll be able to update that, but not at this time.

The avatars don't display on the boards, but if you click on the character's name it should display a page with the avatar and other information on the character.
