Believe me, I am familiar with the MRC both categorically, as a role-playing forum, and specifically, as the MRC. Making the city feel more like a city is not a misconception regarding the nature of the MRC, but rather an objective inherent in hosting a city within the fleet.

Is there still a need for general civilians? I'm afraid I don't really have the time for intensive posting, but flavor and atmosphere stuff, something to make the city feel more like a city, that I can do.
