May be MIA from Aug. 23-Sept. 7

I figured I should give everyone a heads up that I might not be able to post due to college.

I've finally finished my Associates Degree at Germanna Community College and transferred into Old Dominion University to work on a Mechanical Engineering Degree. Unfortunately, Germanna managed to botch my ...

I'm an optimistic cynic. I realize people are capable of spectacular and incredible feats; unfortunately, some of those feats can be pretty stupid.

So I'm not surprised that there are idiots out there, but sometimes I can really figure out how there arguments work. I know they use the drug analogy ...

I used to go to church regularly and I never heard my pastor preach about how D&D was evil. So you can see why I'm asking about where these people get there information.

Ah, the Stupid! It burns!

At first I thought it was a parody, then I got to the end of the strip. Do any of these idiots actually try to RP or observe RPGers outside of a game?

Classic Transforming noise for the win!

Unfortunately, I got a very bad feeling from the teaser trailer when it became clear that the "cover up" plot device was going to be used.

However; as long as, they follow this formula
classic transforming noise + lots of robot vs robot combat + nostalgia ...

I'll go with a nuker-type character. I'm already playing a character in the invid invasion that deals with healing.

Awesome, I'll probably have some questions for you by tomorrow since the club will be finishing up character sheets. I'll have also finished reading the game module that we will be using by then.

Are you looking for any particular class of character right now?

Araruin do you still have opening for new players?

If so I'm interested in playing a character in one of your games. I've been meaning to give D&D a try.

Plus, the members of the college's gaming club volunteered me to be a DM. So I figure actually playing the game will help me understand the ...

Greetings

Well it has been a few months since I last posted on the MRC. First off I would like to apologize to my GM, fellow players in the City Busters and the players of the Golden Dragons for any inconveniences that I caused them. I wasn't expecting my job and summer classes to eat up so much my free time ...

Taking a life guarding course this week

It starts tomorrow, but I don't think it will impact Saturday's GM post for the GDs. If it does, I'll have it up on Sunday.

Anyways, I'm not going to be on the computer much Monday thre Friday. Thanks the life guarding course. I can safely say that my availibility next Tuesday and Thursday will be ...

The avatars don't display on the boards, but if you click on the character's name it should display a page with the avatar and other information on the character.

Jouby, I agree that some people will make robots more human and/or animal like because of their egos. I also think some will create robots that resemble animals and/or humans to see how well technology can mimic the real thing.

Granted there is some marketability in designing robots that resemble ...
