Introduction

Welcome to the path of the Phoenix

This is A Fanfic friendly campaign. The setting is also different from other MRC campaigns as this isn’t a VF squadron. The events of this campaign centre on the crew of the [I]Phoenix[/I], a small converted corvette freighter. The crew are Ex-Military, civilian specialists, merchant marines, ex-convicts and mechanics as they hop from planet to planet, system to system, one contract after the other. Every member of the crew is here for different reasons but all hunger for the big payoff. Cargo haulers, salvage claims, passenger transport, mercenary freebooters, security experts and yes, even perhaps a bit of piracy. Not ever knowing what is coming next but always hoping for that big payoff, or at least in some instances, a little payback, and for others still, a chance to redeem themselves.
