History: Powell spent half a decade grooming a family out of a fighting unit. Each knew the other's moves and had each other's backs (Phantom Blades). This reputation earned them a pretty spot on the response list in the CAG's office. It was the PB's job to assist squadrons that found themselves in more than they could handle.
