Background: Crescendo is a computer program used in Electronic Warfare as a defense against missile attacks. Its use floods the engagement zone with a potent combination of radio waves and a low density energy field designed to scramble and confuse enemy missiles. All warheads not identified as Spacy munitions that enter a two-mile radius are affected. It's use requires an EW Deck and a transmitter (usually EW FAST Packs).
